Within the scope of KVKK (Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698), we explain how your personal data is processed by our office in its capacity as data controller.

Which data is processed

Only the name and surname, e-mail address, telephone number and message content that you yourself submit through the contact form are processed. In addition, the IP address and browser information of the request are recorded in order to prevent misuse.

Purpose of processing and legal basis

Your data is processed solely in order to respond to your request, to carry out communication relating to the project process and to fulfill legal obligations. The legal basis is the conduct of pre-contractual negotiations and legitimate interest.

Transfer

Your personal data is not shared with third parties or sold for marketing purposes. It may be transferred only to legally authorized institutions and organizations, upon their request, within the framework of the legislation.

Retention period

Contact requests are retained for a reasonable period after the relevant discussion has been concluded, and are then deleted. For requests that turn into a contract, the statutory retention periods apply.

Your rights

Pursuant to Article 11 of the Law, you have the right to learn whether your data is being processed, to request its rectification, erasure or destruction, and to object to the consequences of the processing. You may submit your requests to info@projedesenmimarlik.com.tr.
